These terms govern your use of AstralGen AI's website and product.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AstralGen, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Statement. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of service

AstralGen provides AI-assisted tools for creating, organizing, and managing documents, including Scribe, Chat Assistant, MindMaps, AstralDrive, and related features (the "Service").

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use AstralGen.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AstralGen to create unlawful content, infringe others' intellectual property, distribute malware, or attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the Service.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, recordings, and content you create in AstralGen. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual property

AstralGen and its templates, branding, and underlying technology are owned by AstralGen AI and protected by intellectual property law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using AstralGen and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

AstralGen is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstralGen AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AstralGen after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
